Mong Cai opens first private notary office

On October 14, representative of the Quang Ninh Department of Justice gave licenses for Ka Long notary office, the first private office in Mong Cai city.

Ka Long notary office has been established and put into operation to meet the needs of organizations, individuals, businesses and people in the city and other localities, actively contributing to implementing the guideline of socialization of notary public, reducing the load for the State notary office.

The objective of the office is to provide high quality notary service, meet the needs of public service supply quickly, conveniently and legally in accordance with the Law on Notaries. This is the 13th notary office in Quang Ninh province.

Mr. Mac Van Quang, Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Department of Justice said the operation of Ka Long notary office, with skilled notary public staff and ensured facilities, will contribute to ensuring the legitimate and legal demands of people for notary activities and is new step to contribute to reforming administrative procedures in Mong Cai city in particularly, Quang Ninh province in general, and implement the guideline of socializing notary of the state in the judicial reform strategy to 2020.

At the opening ceremony, Ka Long notary office and Vu jurist’s law firm donated 50 tonnes of cement, worth over VND60 million to support to building of the new rural area of Mong Cai city.
