Quang Ninh provincial Youth Union raises nearly VND170 million to support central Vietnam

Quang Ninh provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union sent a relief delegation to support victims in two districts in the central province of Ha Tinh.

In Vu Quang district, the delegation visited and presented gifts worth VND100 million to more than 100 poor people affected by the two recent typhoons. Gifts include blankets, rice, food, books and clothes.

The delegation also visited and gave presents worth nearly VND70 million to 50 households in disadvantaged areas in Huong Son district.

The Standing Committee of Quang Ninh provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union will continue to mobilize its members, students and cadres, as well as enterprises and donors, to contribute funds to support people in central Vietnam.
