Promoting food security during spring festivals in Ha Long City

To ensure food security and hygiene in the 2014 spring festival, on February 12th, Ha Long City Health Centre established a delegation to supervise food security in food shops in Dai Yen precinct in the city.

The delegation actively supervises food shops, especially street foods; and provides information about food security to food producers and visitors.

The delegation also asked festival organizing boards to keep a close watch on shops providing food to visitors and deal strictly with households that broke the laws on food security and hygiene.
