Quang Ninh to join "The Red Journey 2014" program

This is a practical activity responding the “The Red Blood Drops Summer 2014” campaign in order to surmount the lack of blood in summer 2014. It also aims to raise the people’s awareness of voluntary blood donation. Under the theme of “Connecting Vietnamese blood”, the program will be held from July 1st to August 17th, 2014.

Quang Ninh is one of the 38 provinces and cities throughout the country to join “The Red Journey” propgram. The PPC has assigned the Provincial Red Cross to collaborate with the Department of Health and the Provincial Youth Union as well as other revelant departments to draw plan to organize “voluntary blood donation day”; plan to cooperate with the Organizing Board of the “The Red Journey 2014” program to propose contents for reporting to the PPC for approval.
