Quang Ninh has first reproductive support centre

The reproductive support centre under the Quang Ninh Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital has just been set up and put into operation in early July.

The centre is supported and invested by the provincial healthcare sector and directly steered from the Board of Managers of the hospital.

The reproductive support centre has modern equipment and lab room, which apply high technology into barrenness treatment. In addition of skillful and whole-hearted doctors and biological experts, the centre is also supported training and technology transfer by leading experts in this field.

Not only examination and treatment, the doctors are also psychological experts, listening to confidence of barren couples to understand their situation and demand and then give out suitable solutions to help them.

Moreover, the centre also carry out prenatal and postpartum tests in order to limit heavy consequences caused by congenital malformation, help children to develop ordinarily.

The establishment of the reproductive support centre not only has humanistic significance but also meet the legitimate prospect of local poor barren couples.
