Volunteer festival by the young in Quang Ninh province

On September 21, a festival of youth volunteers took place in Ha Long city, the northern province of Quang Ninh.

At the festival, a reading culture movement was launched to respond Volunteer Young Year 2014.

This is a significant activity to express spirit, responsibility, sharing and humanity amongst the community of the provincial youth.

Right at the ceremony, many students and young people participated in humanitarian blood donation, collecting some 228-blood units.

Also at the ceremony, the organizing board honoured 22 works and good deeds, 13 examples of young people who have made a great contribution to youth union work and nine outstanding young blood donors./.
