Training courses on tourism open in Ha Long

Two training courses to improve tourism skills opened in Ha Long city on November 27. The five-day courses were jointly held by the Nguyen Van Cu Officials Training College, RMIT University (Australia) and the Auckland Technology University (New Zealand), with the participation of 100 leaders and officials from departments, localities, and enterprises within Quang Ninh province.

This is a part of the training program aiming at developing capable human resource for the province.

Attending these courses, learners will be taught by qualified international lecturers about skills of understanding psychological factors, customs, behaviours of tourists, as well as the ways in which the particular situations should be dealt with.

They will be provided with new knowledge of hospitality and beverage which is expected to improve their necessary skills in order to raise the quality of tourism, and satisfy tourists’ increasing demands. This is also a good chance for tourism enterprises to approach new theories and models of customers’ services to develop their own strategies.
