Thousands of people actively practise for upcoming Ha Long Carnival Festival

As scheduled, the opening ceremony of the 2024 Ha Long Carnival Festival will be held on April 28. Thousands of amateur and professional actors and actresses have been actively practicing for this special event.

The festival will bring together a variety of creative teams, leading artists, and local people.

The stage is set to harmoniously combine elements both on the shore and on the sea, with hundreds of vessels participating.

The program will incorporate elements of musical theater art, harmoniously combining with history and culture to highlight the values of the Ha Long Bay natural heritage.
