Ha Long University: Offering up to VND700 million for Professor, Doctor

This is one of policies of the northern province of Quang Ninh to attract high quality human resources to work at Ha Long University in the 2015-2017 period.

Quang Ninh province has set a target to attract 15 doctors and 27 masters trained in foreign countries by 2017.

Accordingly, in the fields of English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean languages, aquaculture, the management of aquatic product resources, the province is scheduled to give one-time support of up to VND700 million to Prof. Dr, up to VND600 million to Assoc. Prof. Dr., up to VND500 million to Dr. and up to VND300 million to M.A trained in foreign countries.

In the fields of computer sciences, information technology, environmental science, environmental control and protection, cultural management, travel and tourism service management, hotel and restaurant management, the province has scheduled to give one-time support worth up to VND600 million to Prof. Dr., up to VND500 million to Assoc. Prof. Dr., up to VND400 million to Dr., and up to VND200 million to M.A trained in foreign countries.

The policy will be considered at the 18th meeting of the provincial People’s Committee (tenure XII) from December 9th to 12th.
